Our operational headquarters is at Via M.V. Staurenghi, 34 in Varese (VA), Italy. We operate in hybrid mode (on-site + remote) across Italy and the entire European Union, with specific experience in cross-border projects for companies with multiple offices in EU countries. Our proximity to the Swiss border lets us also support clients in the Canton of Ticino and projects requiring EU + extra-EU compliance.

We always start with a free 30-60 minute scoping call to understand objectives, constraints, available data and success KPIs. From there we draft a detailed proposal with scope, milestones and timelines. The development phase follows agile methodology with 2-week sprints and continuous demos, so you see real progress from the first month and can adjust course as we go. We close with deploy, training of your team and a continuous support contract.

It depends on complexity: a vertical proof-of-concept (e.g. an AI agent over a company knowledge base, a mobile app with dedicated backend, a BI dashboard) typically takes 4-6 weeks. A full enterprise implementation with UI, authentication, integration with existing systems, monitoring and deploy takes 3-6 months. We always provide a realistic estimate right after the initial scoping call, and we revise it transparently if scope variations emerge during development.
